Resilience is an incredibly important skill to have in any area of life. Specifically in the workplace though, resilient people tend to:

  • Be more successful in their career
  • Get along better with colleagues
  • Be less stressed
  • Feel more engaged, satisfied, and motivated (for instance, according to some research carried out by Aon, 86% of employees who can be considered resilient also say that they feel a high level of motivation)
  • Have more adaptability and be able to cope with change

For an organization, having resilient managers and employees can lead to greater innovation and productivity and lower staff absenteeism and turnover. So, building resilience in the workplace is essential for everyone.

Why Use PowerPoint for Teaching How to Build Resilience
